02 — The Challenge

What Dublin Valet needed to solve

  • 01

    Fragmented booking channels

Enquiries and reservations arriving by phone, email and walk-up with no single record of truth.

  • 02

    Manual identity verification

Driver identity checked by hand at the desk during handover, slowing every collection.

  • 03

    Deposits tracked by hand

Collection and release of security deposits recorded on spreadsheets rather than against the booking.

  • 04

    No single fleet view

Vehicle availability, condition and location status scattered across staff knowledge and notes.

  • 05

    Incidents by phone call

Accident and damage reporting depending on a customer reaching the right person at the right time.

  • 06

    No customer self-service

Nothing that let a customer view, amend or extend a booking without contacting the team.

  • 07

    Multi-location readiness

A model that had to support a second site without a rebuild or a second system.

  • 08

App experience without an app store

A real app feel on the customer's phone, with no store submission, review cycle or install barrier.

03 — Foundation

Built on Lovable

Every Arino Core deployment begins with a dedicated Lovable workspace provisioned by Arino One. Using our deployment framework, Dublin Valet's environment was remixed into a rental-specific platform rather than built from a blank page.

Development continued immediately after go-live, adding the manager console, the owner finance and operations views, the automated accident flow and the installable customer app.

  • Dedicated Lovable Workspace

A workspace provisioned by Arino One exclusively for Dublin Valet.

  • Rapid Remix Deployment

Our deployment framework is remixed into a rental-specific platform rather than rebuilt from scratch.

  • Dedicated Environment

Dublin Valet's own application, data, users and configuration — nothing pooled.

  • Continuous Development

Consoles, automations and reporting shipped continuously after go-live.

  • Future-Ready Architecture

Built to absorb Infobip omnichannel, additional locations and new modules without replatforming.

  • Initial Deployment Time

[ADD: actual initial deployment time once confirmed]

04 — Channels

WhatsApp and Viber, not just a website

The differentiator is that the customer never has to leave the conversation. They browse available vehicles, verify themselves with a one-time code over WhatsApp or Viber — with email as a fallback — reserve the car and pay the deposit, then receive automated handover reminders before collection.

The same verified identity carries across every channel, so a customer who starts on Viber and continues on WhatsApp is recognised as the same person against the same booking.

  • Vehicle Discovery
  • WhatsApp/Viber OTP Login
  • Deposit Payment
  • Handover Reminders
  • Reservation Management
  • Automated Reminders
  • Multi-Channel Identity
05 — Manager Console

What the Dublin Airport manager runs day to day

The location manager works from a single console covering everything moving through the site on a given day, from the first collection to the last return.

  • Daily Handovers

Today's collections and returns in order, with the paperwork and checks attached to each one.

  • Reservations List

Every upcoming, active and closed reservation for the location in one filterable view.

  • Incident Reporting

Incidents raised by staff or created automatically from a customer's WhatsApp report.

  • Real-Time Fleet Status

Which vehicles are out, due back, being cleaned, in service or unavailable — live.

  • Out-of-Service Flow

A vehicle can be pulled from availability in one step, with the reason recorded against it.

06 — Owner Console: Finance

The money position, without a spreadsheet

Every financial event in a rental — deposit, balance, extension, damage charge, refund — is captured against the booking that produced it, so the owner view is a live position rather than a monthly reconstruction.

  • Revenue by Location & Category

Turnover broken down by site and by vehicle category, not one aggregate number.

  • Deposits Held vs. Released

A live position on customer money held, released and outstanding at any moment.

  • Damage & Extension Charges

Additional charges raised against a booking, with the evidence and approval trail behind them.

  • Full Payment Lifecycle

Reservation, deposit, balance, extension, damage and refund captured as one connected record.

07 — Owner Console: Operations & Marketing

Fleet performance and demand in one place

  • Fleet Utilization

How hard each vehicle and category is working, so buying and retirement decisions have evidence.

  • Incidents Across Locations

Every incident, its status and its cost impact, viewed across the whole operation.

  • Promo Codes & Campaigns

Targeted offers issued and measured against real bookings rather than impressions.

  • Multi-Location Model

The data model, roles and consoles are already built for a second site to be switched on.

08 — Accident Flow

From “ACCIDENT” to resolved — without a phone call

A customer at the side of a road does not want a phone tree. They reply ACCIDENT in the same WhatsApp thread they booked in, and the platform takes over: safety questions first, then location, description and photographs, captured in a guided sequence.

The completed report becomes a structured incident on the location manager's desk automatically, and the vehicle is flagged out of service in the same moment so it cannot be handed to the next customer. When the incident is resolved, the outcome is written back into the customer's original thread.

  • Guided Safety Capture

The customer is walked through safety first, then location, description and photo evidence, step by step.

  • Automatic Incident Creation

The completed report lands as a structured incident on the location manager's desk — no re-keying.

  • Instant Out-of-Service

The vehicle is flagged out of service immediately, so it cannot be handed to the next customer.

  • Resolution Written Back

When the incident closes, the outcome is written back into the customer's original thread.

09 — Installable App

A real app, without an app store

  • Add to Home Screen

Installed from the browser in one step, launching full-screen like a native app.

  • Offline Access to Bookings

Booking details remain readable when the airport connection drops.

  • Separate Tablet Ops Console

Staff run handovers and checks from a tablet-optimised console at the desk.

  • No App Store Required

No submission, no review cycle, no install friction for the customer.

10 — Security

Enterprise security built into every deployment

Every Arino Core deployment follows the same enterprise security principles. Dublin Valet receives its own dedicated environment, provisioned, hardened and monitored by Arino One.

  • Dedicated customer environmentDublin Valet runs its own Arino Core environment on its own Lovable workspace.
  • Customer data isolationBooking data, users and configuration are isolated to that single environment.
  • Role based access controlLeast-privilege roles separate front desk, location manager and owner access.
  • Secure authenticationAuthenticated access with session control for every user of the platform.
  • Encrypted communicationsTraffic and stored data are encrypted using industry-standard protocols.
  • Audit loggingUser actions and data access events are recorded on a reviewable trail.
  • API securityAuthenticated, scoped access for every integration into and out of Arino Core.
  • Webhook verificationInbound webhooks are signature-verified before any payload is processed.
  • Least privilege architectureEvery service and integration holds only the permissions it needs.
  • Platform monitoringAvailability, delivery and error monitoring across the deployment.
  • Backup strategyRegular backups with defined restore procedures for the dedicated environment.
  • Infrastructure managed by Arino OneDublin Valet operates a rental business; we operate the platform.

This page is maintained by Arino One and describes the controls enabled for this deployment. It is not an independent audit, certification or security attestation. Responsibilities are shared: Lovable, Meta and Infobip provide the underlying platform and channel services, Arino One provisions and operates Arino Core, and Dublin Valet owns its own data-protection policies and lawful basis for contacting customers.

11 — GDPR

Customer data governed by design

Car rental collects identity and licence evidence as a matter of course. Consent, retention and erasure are modelled inside Arino Core from the first deployment rather than retrofitted.

  • Booking dataReservation records are held against a defined lawful basis and a defined retention window.
  • Identity & driver verification dataLicence and identity evidence is access-controlled and retained only as long as the rental requires.
  • Customer consentOpt-in is captured before marketing outreach and recorded against the customer record.
  • Consent trackingGrants, changes and withdrawals are versioned with a full history.
  • Communication historyEvery message sent to a customer is retained and retrievable in booking context.
  • Retention policiesPolicy-driven retention windows expire customer, booking and message data automatically.
  • Right to erasureErasure requests are executed across the environment and evidenced on the audit trail.
  • Audit recordsAccess, rectification and erasure activity is logged for accountability.

15 — Business Impact

Operational infrastructure, not a messaging bolt-on

Dublin Valet has not added a chat channel to an existing stack. It runs one platform that carries the customer-facing side of the business — discovery, verification, deposit, handover, support and incidents — and the internal side of it, from daily handovers on the airport desk to fleet utilisation and the deposit position in the owner console.

Arino Core is the operational platform, Lovable provides the application foundation, and Arino One provisions, secures and continuously develops the whole deployment. Adding a second location is a configuration exercise, not a second system.

16 — FAQ

Questions about this deployment

What is Arino Core?

Arino Core is Arino One's operational platform. It sits between a customer's business systems and their communication channels, handling customer conversations, bookings, payments, workflow automation, dashboards, analytics and consent in one dedicated environment.

How quickly was the platform deployed?

Dublin Valet's dedicated Arino Core environment was remixed and provisioned on its own Lovable workspace, then developed continuously after go-live. [ADD: confirmed initial deployment time]

Does Dublin Valet share infrastructure with other customers?

No. Dublin Valet operates its own dedicated Arino Core environment on its own dedicated Lovable workspace, with its own data, users, configuration and communication channels.

Which channels are live today, and what comes next?

Customer conversations run over WhatsApp and Viber today, with email as a fallback for verification. Migration to Infobip is planned to add SMS, Voice, Email and RCS alongside those channels through a single enterprise communications platform.

How does the automated accident flow work?

A customer replies ACCIDENT in the WhatsApp thread. The platform guides them through a safety and evidence capture sequence, automatically creates an incident on the location manager's desk, flags the vehicle out of service, and writes the resolution back to the customer in the same thread — with no phone call required.

Who manages the platform?

Arino One provisions, secures, monitors and continuously develops the entire deployment — the Lovable workspace, the Arino Core application, the WhatsApp and Viber configuration, integrations and the planned Infobip migration.
