Interactive demo · Demo event

Your whole event, inside one WhatsApp chat.

The left phone is you, an attendee. The other side shows Marta, another attendee, and Jonas, staffing an exhibitor booth — requests between you arrive there live. Behind the scenes you see what the organiser and Arino One see: the live screens, the team inbox and the report.

    How it connects

    1. Step 1

      Attendee's WhatsApp

Attendees use the WhatsApp they already have. Nothing to install.

    2. Step 2

      Carrier

Infobip, Meta Direct, Twilio or LINK Mobility. The organiser picks.

    3. Step 3

      Organiser's Arino One

Owns the number and the year-round inbox, and hands event messages to Lanyard before saving anything.

    4. Step 4

      Lanyard

Runs the event, then switches off. Managed end to end by Arino One.

    Questions

    Is this real WhatsApp?

No. It is a simulation in your browser. Nothing you type leaves this page, no messages are sent and nothing is saved.

    Which carriers work?

Infobip, Meta Direct, Twilio or LINK Mobility. The organiser chooses one, and Arino One switches it over.

    Which languages?

10 languages for joining, consent and menus. The organiser chooses which ones to offer.

    Who sets it up?

Arino One, end to end: the number, carrier, agenda, speakers, approval and switching Lanyard on and off.

What happens to attendee data after the event?

Networking data is deleted 30 days after the event by default, and attendees can delete theirs any time from Your data. Only attendees who say yes at the end are handed over to the organiser's Arino One, with their consent time recorded.

    Next Step

Run your next event on WhatsApp.

Tell us the date, the size and the languages. Arino One sets up Lanyard end to end.
