Do I Need Infobip?
No. Infobip is our Official Partner and covers the most channels and both kinds of calling from one account, but you can run Arino One on any mix of providers.
Who Sets Up Meta Direct?
Together. You give Arino One access to your Business Manager, accept Meta's terms and add your payment method, so Meta bills you directly. We create your own Meta App and connect the webhooks.
Can I Keep My Existing Twilio Numbers?
Yes. Connect your own Twilio account and choose which numbers to use. They stay in your account and on your bill.
What Happens if a Provider Goes Down?
Each routing rule can name a fallback provider. If a message isn't accepted in time, Arino One sends it through the fallback and shows the health problem in your panel.
