Questions

FAQ

Do I own the instance?

Yes. Every instance is yours from the first day, whether you built it yourself or we built it for you. Connecting to Arino Core is optional and does not change ownership.

What is the difference between Remix and BYO?

It is only about where your Infobip account comes from. Remix means you do not have one yet and we help you create and provision it — it stays yours. BYO means you already have an Infobip account and connect the instance with your own credentials. Both are independent of who builds the instance.

How does billing work?

Arino bills the build (free self-build or a one-time starting at $350) and the optional Arino Core connection starting at $50/month with the first month free, or $500/year — final pricing depends on the channels, volume and complexity of your setup. There is no per-seat, per-number or per-message charge from Arino. Invoices are settled at client.arino.one.

What does Infobip charge me for?

Your WhatsApp and Meta conversations, SMS and any voice traffic are billed by Infobip directly to you at cost, with no Arino markup. WebRTC is $0.009 per minute. PSTN calling is passed through at your own Infobip rates.

Why do I need a Lovable subscription?

Your instance is yours to customise, and it lives in your own Lovable workspace — a minimum of about $25/month (Lovable Pro), paid directly to Lovable, not to Arino. Heavier customisation can increase it. Verify current pricing with Lovable.

What support is included?

While connected to Arino Core, your instance is kept running, updated and supported, with named contacts for operational and security questions at hello@arino.one. Change requests, new automations and additional channels are delivered inside the same instance. As a Lovable Solution Partner we also support your own Lovable builds.

Why a dedicated instance instead of shared SaaS?

A dedicated instance gives you ownership, regional residency, unlimited seats and numbers, and full customisation. If your volume is very low, you have no residency or ownership requirements, and you want pure self-serve sign-up, a shared multi-tenant tool is likely the simpler choice.

What is included in Enterprise?

Multi-instance estates, regional residency, connector work, DPA and sub-processor review, and named support. It is scoped in an architecture review and then quoted against your channels and volumes. Procurement material is available on request at hello@arino.one.

What does Ping Me cost?

Ping Me devices are $200 each, bought at client.arino.one. Usage is $0.10 per press and $0.009 per talk minute.
