Usage & third-party costs
So you can see the complete cost picture, here is everything you pay and who you pay it to.
1. Arino fees
Either a free self-build or a one-time $350 build, plus the optional Arino Core connection at $50/month (first month free) or $450/year. That's it from Arino — no per-seat, per-number or per-message charge.
2. Usage via Infobip
Your Meta/WhatsApp messages and any voice traffic are billed through Infobip at cost, with no Arino markup. WebRTC is $0.009 per minute. PSTN calling is passed through at your own Infobip rates — it is never an Arino price.
3. Ping Me devices
Ping Me devices are $200 each, bought at client.arino.one. Usage is then $0.10 per press and $0.009 per talk minute.
4. Lovable subscription
Every client keeps their own Lovable subscription — a minimum of about $25/month (Lovable Pro), paid directly to Lovable, not to Arino. Heavier customisation of your instance can increase it. This is a transparent third-party cost of owning your own instance, not an Arino charge — verify current pricing.

Every deployment described on this site is provisioned, configured and supported by Arino One. There is no expectation that the customer runs the platform.
