A click-to-WhatsApp ad on Instagram opens a chat straight with your front desk. Your team sends a deposit request, the Murphys pay by card through Stripe, and their confirmation arrives automatically. Arriving late? The Ping Me button at your gate rings your inbox.
And whenever a guest wants a person, your team steps in, with the whole conversation in front of them.
