Brand kit and white-label branding
Your instance is yours, so it should look like yours. Settings → Branding holds a single brand kit that every public surface reads from — upload a logo and pick colours once, and landing pages, forms, the chat widget, call links, payment pages, erasure pages and unsubscribe pages all follow.
Branding is Super Admin only, because a change here is immediately visible to customers.
The brand kit
- Logos — a primary logo and an optional dark-background variant
- Colours — a brand colour and an accent colour, used for buttons, headers and links
- Typeface — the font applied to public pages
- Company details — company name, website, support email, tagline, footer note
These values are read at render time by public surfaces, so there is nothing to copy into individual pages.
Generate with AI
When Build with AI is enabled, uploading a logo unlocks Generate with AI. The logo's dominant colours are sampled in the browser and sent, with your company details, to the AI gateway, which drafts a palette, typeface, tagline and footer note. It is a draft for review — nothing is stored until you press Save. AI use is metered at cost with no Arino markup.
App identity and icons
The second section sets how the console itself appears when installed or shared:
- PWA icon 192×192 — Android home-screen icon (must be exactly 192×192 PNG)
- PWA icon 512×512 — splash and high-density icon (must be exactly 512×512 PNG)
- Favicon — browser tab icon
- Apple touch icon — iOS home-screen icon
- Social share image — the preview card when a console or public link is shared
App name and short name control the installed shortcut label. Branding can be reset to defaults if an upload goes wrong.
What branding does not cover
WhatsApp shows the display name and profile you registered with Meta, not the brand kit — see register a WhatsApp sender. Sender IDs on SMS and the From address on email are configured per channel. Rebranding the public marketing front end of a remix is a separate exercise covered in rebrand the remix template.

- Add company detailsSet company name, website, support email, tagline and footer note. These appear in page footers, transactional pages and unsubscribe screens.
- Upload app iconsUpload the PWA icons (192×192 and 512×512), favicon, Apple touch icon and social share image so installed shortcuts and shared links show your brand.
Frequently asked
Who can change branding?
Super Admins only. Other roles see the branding screen locked, because branding changes are visible to every customer who touches a public page.
Which surfaces pick up the brand kit?
Landing pages, forms, the live chat widget, WebRTC call links, payment pages, GDPR erasure pages and unsubscribe pages — plus the console itself. Set it once and the whole surface area follows.
Can I remove Arino branding entirely?
Yes. A dedicated instance is yours, so the console name, icons and public pages carry your identity. Arino branding is not forced onto customer-facing surfaces.
What does Generate with AI actually do?
It samples the dominant colours from the logo you uploaded and asks the AI gateway to draft a matching palette, typeface, tagline and footer note using your company details. It is a suggestion for review — nothing is applied until you save.
What sizes do the app icons need to be?
The PWA icons must be exactly 192×192 and 512×512 PNG. The favicon and Apple touch icon follow their platform conventions; the social share image can be any sensible landscape size.
Does branding affect WhatsApp?
Not directly. WhatsApp displays your verified business profile and display name from Meta, not the console brand kit. Branding governs your own web surfaces; the WhatsApp identity is set when you register the sender.
