Facebook Messenger

Messenger connects at the Page level. Once authorised, every Page conversation appears in the inbox and is attached to the contact record.

1. Confirm you are an admin of the Facebook Page.
2. Authorise the connection in Settings → Channels → Messenger.
3. Select the Page.
4. Message the Page from a personal account and confirm it appears in the inbox.

Messenger applies a standard messaging window for replies; message tags are required for specific out-of-window use cases such as post-purchase updates.
