PingMe device setup

ChannelsDraft — not publishedUpdated 2026-07-26

PingMe is the Arino One hardware button. One press opens a real-time WebRTC voice channel into the agent inbox — no app, no phone number, no queue menu.

  1. Power the device and wait for the pairing indicator.
  2. Join it to Wi-Fi through the setup portal.
  3. Enter the pairing code from Settings → Channels → PingMe.
  4. Name the device by location and route its calls to a team.

Operational notes

Name devices by physical location — the agent sees that name when the call lands. Devices report connectivity, so an offline unit raises an alert rather than failing silently.
