| Instance | Your dedicated, single-tenant Arino One deployment: console, database and managed back-end. |
| Console | The operator interface for your instance. |
| WABA | WhatsApp Business Account — the Meta object your WhatsApp numbers belong to. |
| Template | A pre-approved message required for business-initiated WhatsApp and RCS sends. |
| Conversation | A billing and threading unit; on WhatsApp it is a 24-hour category-based window. |
| CDP | Customer data platform — the unified contact record. |
| Consent record | Per-channel, per-purpose permission with source, timestamp and displayed wording. |
| Segment | A saved filter over CDP attributes, events and consent, evaluated at run time. |
| Sender ID | The identity a message is sent from — number, short code or alphanumeric string. |
| Fallback | Automatic re-send on a second channel when the first cannot deliver. |
| Data controller | The party deciding why and how personal data is processed — you. |
| Data processor | The party processing on the controller's instructions — Arino One. |
