What is Arino One?
Arino One is a dedicated, single-tenant conversational platform: unified inbox, CDP, automations and 18+ channels on a managed Infobip back-end, deployed in your region.
Create your Arino One instance
Sign up free at client.arino.one, confirm your account, choose Remix or BYO, pick Self-build or We build it for you. The $50/month connection is optional.
Invite your team and set roles
Add agents, supervisors and administrators to your console with individual logins and role-based access — seats are unlimited on every instance, connected or not.
Set up your Business Profile
The Business Profile screen stores your legal name, tax ID and registered address — the company identity used across the console for branding and compliance. Fill it in early, alongside account setup.
Send your first message
Send a test message to yourself through a newly connected channel to confirm credentials, sender registration, templates and webhooks all work end to end.

Arino One runs as a dedicated, single-tenant instance in EU, North America or APAC, and your chosen region fixes where message content and contacts are stored at rest.
