Create your Arino One instance

Getting startedUpdated 2026-07-28
Walkthrough: the 4-step wizard to create your Arino One instance.

Getting an Arino One instance is a simple, free signup followed by a clear fork: either you already have an Infobip account (BYO) or you don't yet (Remix). After that, you choose how the instance is built — Self-build, which is free, or We build it for you, which is a one-time $350 fee. The $50/month Arino Core connection is optional after that.

Prerequisite: a verified Meta Business Manager. WhatsApp, Instagram and Messenger require a verified Meta Business Manager — this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. If you don't have one, Meta Business Verification must be completed before those channels can be connected; Arino can assist with it separately via support. It does not affect pricing: setup is a flat $350 one-time fee when we build the instance for you, and the $50/month connection is optional. See billing and plans for the full rate card.

Step 1 — Register your account

Sign up free at client.arino.one with a work email address. No credit card or setup fee is required at this stage. During registration you will also select your region: EU, North America or APAC. This region is fixed for your instance and governs where message content, contacts and media are stored at rest; see architecture and regions for what each region covers.

Step 2 — Confirm your identity

Verify your email address and confirm the OTP sent to your phone. This unlocks your account dashboard and lets you continue to the onboarding route.

Step 3 — Choose your onboarding route

After confirmation, you are on one of two routes:

  • Remix — you do not yet have an Infobip account. You receive step-by-step instructions to create your own Infobip account. You own it and pay Infobip directly for all messages.
  • BYO — you already have an Infobip account. You connect it now so the instance routes messages through your own Infobip keys.

Both routes end the same way: you own and pay your own Infobip account. Arino One is the platform in both cases.

Step 4 — Connect or set up Infobip

On the Remix route, follow the Infobip setup instructions in your dashboard. On the BYO route, enter your existing Infobip credentials. If you need help connecting an existing account, see connect Infobip.

Step 5 — Choose how the instance is built

Pick one of the two build options:

  • Option 1 — Self-build: click the Lovable remix link and customize the template yourself in your own Lovable workspace. This is free. If you want Arino to help or to later manage the remix, create your Lovable account via this invite link and add hello@arino.one as an admin. Full step-by-step instructions are in Connect the template to your instance.
  • Option 2 — We build it for you: Arino provisions the console, connects your Infobip account, and prepares the instance for a one-time $350 fee. This is typically ready within one working day.

Step 6 — Subscribe to Arino Core connection (optional)

After the instance is built, the $50/month Arino Core connection is optional. Add it if you want:

  • Arino to manage the instance and push updates
  • Arino support
  • WebRTC calling at $0.009/minute

Skip it and you keep your instance, but it is not connected to Arino and receives no management, support, or updates. Messaging still runs through your own Infobip account either way. See billing and plans for how the fees fit together.

Step 7 — Sign in and invite your team

Open the console, set your password, and invite your team from Settings → Users. Seats are unlimited under the connection if you subscribe. See invite your team.

After setup

Your instance is live but has no messaging channels attached yet. Connect your WhatsApp sender, SMS, or other channels next, then send your first test message.

Frequently asked

How long does setup take?

Instances we build for you are typically ready within one working day of confirming your account and Infobip details. Self-build projects depend on how long you spend customizing the Lovable template.

Do I need my own Infobip account?

Yes. Every Arino One client owns and pays their own Infobip account directly. The Remix route helps you create one; the BYO route connects one you already have.

What's the setup fee?

A flat $350 one-time fee, but only when we build the instance for you. Self-build is free.

What does self-build mean?

You click the Lovable remix link, create your own Lovable workspace, and customize the template yourself. If you want Arino to help or later manage the remix, create the Lovable account via https://lovable.dev/invite/KCYVCL4 and invite hello@arino.one as an admin; full steps are in Connect the template to your instance.

Is the $50/month connection required?

No. It is optional. Pay it to stay connected for WebRTC, support, management and updates. Skip it and keep your instance without an Arino connection or support.

Can I start with self-build and later have Arino manage it?

Yes. You can begin on the free self-build path and later ask Arino to connect and manage the instance for you. At that point the standard Arino Core connection applies.

Do I need a verified Meta Business Manager?

Yes, if you want WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger. A verified Meta Business Manager is a requirement for those channels. If you don't have one, Meta Business Verification must be completed before they can go live — Arino can assist with it separately via support. It does not change the flat $350 setup fee.

What do I need ready before I start?

A work email for the instance owner, your chosen region, and a verified Meta Business Manager if you plan to use WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger. If you already have an Infobip account, have your credentials ready for the BYO route.
