Arino One charges only four things: a one-time setup fee when we build the instance for you, an optional $50/month connection, WebRTC minutes for connected clients, and Ping Me hardware and usage. Registration, account confirmation, and self-build are free. Arino never bills for messages or acts as a messaging reseller — every message, WhatsApp conversation, and Meta fee is paid directly to Infobip and Meta by you.

This article is the canonical rate card. Every figure Arino charges is listed here, and other billing articles link back to it rather than repeating the numbers.

ItemCharge

Self-buildFree
Arino Core connection$50/month, optional
Live web chatIncluded — unlimited, free when connected
WebRTC (in-browser calls)$0.009/minute, only with the $50/month connection

Ping Me device$200 one-time
Ping Me — per button press$0.10
Ping Me — per talk minute$0.009
Messages / conversationsPaid directly to Infobip and Meta; never billed by Arino
AI usageMetered separately — Lovable AI credits by default, or your own OpenAI/Anthropic key; no Arino markup, not part of the $50/month

The $50/month connection is a flat fee — it does not scale with seats or usage. See Ping Me billing for device and press pricing, voice and WebRTC billing for minute rates, and usage and message costs for how Infobip and Meta message pricing works.

What the $50/month connection covers — and only this

  • Instance connection and management
  • Unlimited user seats
  • Unlimited live web chat (free)
  • Platform and GDPR features provisioned at setup
  • Access to WebRTC calling (billed separately at $0.009/minute)

What the $50/month connection does NOT cover

  • Message and conversation costs (paid directly to Infobip and Meta)
  • Extra channel activations beyond what was provisioned at setup
  • Extra WhatsApp senders
  • Custom development
  • Ping Me device or usage
  • PSTN number rental and termination
  • AI usage — metered in Lovable AI credits by default, or billed by your own OpenAI, Anthropic or ElevenLabs account if you bring a key (Arino adds no markup). See AI features and your own API keys.

Treat the $50/month strictly as an optional connection-and-management fee. Any client expecting messaging, extra channels, extra senders, or voice to be "included" is working from the wrong assumption, and that mismatch is the single most common billing support ticket — set this expectation early.

The only thing that changes with the connection is whether Arino is actively managing and supporting the instance. Messaging itself is always on your Infobip account.

How the setup fee works

  • We build it for you: one-time $350 fee, invoiced before Arino begins the build. This covers the work of setting up your instance and connecting it to your Infobip account.
  • Self-build: free. You click the Lovable remix link, customize the template in your own Lovable workspace, and connect your own Infobip account. No setup fee is due.

How to pay

Two payment routes are supported:

  1. The billing portal — sign in at client.arino.one, where invoices, payment methods, and service status are visible in one place. Card payments here are processed through Stripe.
  2. Email invoice — for accounts that prefer email-based AP workflows, Arino issues an invoice by email with a Stripe payment link attached.

Both routes produce the same invoice. The portal simply gives you a running view of Arino charges between invoices.

Invoicing cycle

The $350 setup fee is invoiced once, before Arino begins a managed build. The $50/month connection fee and any WebRTC or Ping Me usage are billed monthly in arrears — you receive one invoice each month covering the flat fee plus Arino-metered usage in the prior period. There is no annual commitment; the connection can be cancelled at any time, and WebRTC and Arino support stop when the connection ends. Messaging continues through your own Infobip account.

Non-payment

If an Arino invoice is not settled by its due date, the account enters a short grace period during which the console remains fully usable but a payment reminder banner is shown to administrators. If the balance remains unpaid after the grace period, Arino-connected services (WebRTC, support, management, and outbound updates) are suspended until payment clears. Inbound messages, console access, and data are not affected. Once the outstanding balance is paid, connected services are reinstated automatically.

Because messaging runs through your own Infobip account, any payment issue with Infobip or Meta must be resolved directly with those providers. Arino has no visibility into, or control over, your Infobip or Meta billing relationship.

For a breakdown of what drives message costs, see usage and message costs. For the process and cost of adding channels or senders beyond what's provisioned at setup, see channels and senders billing. For how the build options work, see instance types.

Frequently asked

What does Arino One charge for?

Only four things: a $350 one-time setup fee when we build the instance for you, a $50/month optional Arino Core connection, WebRTC at $0.009/minute for connected clients, and Ping Me hardware and usage. Registration and self-build are free. Messaging is never billed by Arino.

What does the $50/month connection cover?

Connection, management, unlimited user seats, unlimited live web chat, and the platform/GDPR features provisioned at setup. It also unlocks WebRTC calling at $0.009/minute. It does not cover messages, extra channels, extra WhatsApp senders, custom development, or Ping Me.

Is the $50/month connection required?

No. It is optional. You can skip it and keep your instance, but it will not be connected to Arino and will receive no Arino support, management, or updates. WebRTC is only available while connected.

When do I pay the $350 setup fee?

Only when you choose We build it for you. If you self-build the Lovable template, the build is free and no setup fee is due.

Does Arino bill for messages?

No. All messaging is paid directly to Infobip by you, including WhatsApp and Meta conversation fees. Arino never marks up, resells, or invoices for message usage.

How do I pay Arino?

Through the client.arino.one billing portal, or by email invoice settled via Stripe.

What happens if an invoice isn't paid?

The account is flagged, a grace period applies, and if it lapses the connected services (WebRTC, support, management, and outbound updates) are suspended until the balance is settled. Messaging channels continue to run through your own Infobip account and are paused only by Infobip or Meta for non-payment there. The instance itself is not deleted.
