What is Arino One?

Getting startedUpdated 2026-08-05
Platform overview: the single-tenant model, region choice, included capabilities and who Arino One is for.

Arino One is a conversational business platform delivered as a dedicated, single-tenant instance. Every customer gets their own console, their own database and their own managed Infobip back-end, deployed in the region they choose — EU, North America or APAC.

It exists for teams that need WhatsApp, SMS, RCS, voice and email to behave like one operational system rather than five disconnected tools, and who have to answer procurement and GDPR questions about where the data lives.

What is included

  • Unified inbox — every channel in one agent workspace, with routing, assignment and SLAs.
  • Customer data platform (CDP) — contacts, attributes, consent state and event history in one record.
  • Automations — flows, campaign sends, keyword handling and escalation rules.
  • Embedded AI — drafting, summarisation and classification inside the inbox.
  • Ping Me — the Arino One IoT button that opens a live WebRTC voice channel into the inbox.
  • GDPR tooling — consent capture, retention policies, erasure workflows and audit export.

Who it is for

Operations, support and marketing teams in regulated or multi-market businesses: healthcare, financial services, logistics, travel and retail. If a shared multi-tenant SaaS cannot satisfy your data-residency or deliverability requirements, the dedicated model is the reason to look at Arino One.

What it is not

It is not a self-serve chat widget, and it is not a raw API wrapper. The Infobip back-end, channel onboarding and number provisioning are managed for you as part of the service.
