Run a campaign
A campaign is a segmented, template-based send with a consent filter applied at execution time — not at segment-build time. That distinction matters: a contact who opts out between build and send is excluded automatically.
- Build the segment in the CDP.
- Select an approved marketing template.
- Schedule the send, respecting recipient time zones and quiet hours.
- Review audience count, estimated cost and the consent filter, then launch.
- Read delivery, read and reply rates once complete.
Before a large send
Warn support at least three business days ahead so account throughput is raised, and check your quality tier — a marginal rating plus a large marketing send is how accounts get restricted.
