The Test messaging check and messaging integrity
The Test messaging check confirms two things: that messaging works on your instance, and that its messaging core is unchanged. If the check reports modified, the messaging core has been edited from the version Arino One ships.
What the messaging core is
The messaging core is the part of your instance that sends and receives messages through your own Infobip account, including templates and delivery and read receipts. Everything else, such as branding and your own screens, is yours to change.
Why it is protected
Edits to the messaging core can break messaging in ways that are hard to spot. A modified core also can't be kept up to date when Infobip or Meta change. That is why rebranding never needs to touch it.
Running the check
- Run Test messaging from your instance's settings.
- Read the result: whether messaging works, and whether the core is unchanged or modified.
- If it says modified, undo your edits to the messaging core and run the check again.
If messages still don't arrive, see message not delivered.

Frequently asked
What does "modified" mean?
It means the messaging core, the part of the instance that sends and receives messages through Infobip, has been edited from the version Arino One ships.
Why is the messaging core protected?
It connects your instance to your own Infobip account and carries templates, delivery and read receipts. Edits there can break messaging in ways that are hard to spot, and Arino cannot keep a modified core up to date when Infobip or Meta change.
Can I still customise my instance?
Yes. Rebrand it and add your own screens freely. Leave the messaging core as it is.
How do I run the check?
Run Test messaging from your instance's settings and read the result.
