Roles in your instance
Your instance has four roles: Super Admin, Admin, Manager and Agent. The first user you create in the setup wizard becomes the Super Admin.
Super Admin
The Super Admin is the first user and owns the instance. The owner's email receives the 6-digit code used to connect to Arino One.
Admin, Manager and Agent
Invite the rest of your team from Settings and give each person the role that fits. Admins approve every action from Arino in the Command Inbox.
