What your instance shares with Arino One

Arino One PlatformDraft — not publishedUpdated 2026-09-30

Your instance shares very little with Arino One, in three tiers. Unpaired, it sends only an anonymous install count and the owner's name and email. Paired, it also sends health information and counts. Messages, contacts and keys are never sent.

The three tiers

TierWhat is sent
1. Every instanceAn anonymous install count
2. Every instance with an ownerThe owner's name and email
3. Paired instances onlyHealth information and counts

Never sent

  • Messages
  • Contacts
  • Keys, including your Infobip API key, which is stored encrypted and never leaves your instance

Turning off the install count

Set ARINO_TELEMETRY=off in your instance to stop the anonymous install count.
