WhatsApp Calling
Make and answer WhatsApp calls in the inbox via Infobip or Meta Direct: turn on calling per sender, ask permission, set hours and a missed-call reply.
How Is Voice and In-Browser (WebRTC) Calling Billed?
Voice and in-browser WebRTC calling on Arino One costs $0.009 per minute, available only while the instance stays on an active Arino One plan (from $99/month). PSTN number rental and termination are always paid directly to your telephony provider.
Voice and WebRTC Calling
How voice works on Arino One: browser WebRTC calls from the console, calls from Ping Me devices, routing and recording, and differences by connection.
Ring Groups and Forwarding
Set how incoming calls ring your team (ring all, round robin, longest idle or fixed order), what happens on overflow and timeout, and forwarding to your mobile.
Call Alerts and Call Quality
Turn on call alerts from your availability menu, simulate an incoming call, check your setup, and understand reconnecting and the quality score.
Web Call Links
Share a /call link so anyone can call you from their browser, running on your own Cloudflare account.
Voicemail, Transcription and Translation
Collect missed calls as voicemail from call links and Ping Me devices, play them in one inbox, transcribe them to text and translate the transcript.
