Move a WhatsApp Number to Another Provider
A WhatsApp number can only be on one provider at a time, so moving it is three steps.
Disconnect, Migrate, Reconnect
There is no switch in place. Disconnect it, migrate it, then reconnect it on the new provider.
Keep the Green Tick
The verified green tick stays with the number.
To move onto Infobip, ask Infobip to migrate the number, then add it in Settings → Infobip.
To move onto Meta Direct, migrate the number into your own WABA, then enter the new Phone Number ID and token.
To move onto Twilio, register the number as a WhatsApp sender in Twilio, then add it in Settings → Senders & Numbers.
