Extra channel activations and extra WhatsApp senders sit outside the optional Arino One plan — how the request process works, and how it differs if you run unconnected.
Connect Meta Directly
Connect a WhatsApp number straight to Meta with your Phone Number ID, WABA ID, system-user token and App Secret, then set the webhook and watch token health.
Connect Twilio
Connect your own Twilio account with your Account SID, Auth Token and Messaging Service SID, use Content templates and set the webhook.
Connect Brevo
Connect Brevo with an API key to send email with open and click tracking, and SMS.
Connect an SMS Supplier
Add GatewayAPI or a supplier from the catalog in Settings → Custom SMS Suppliers, send a test SMS to get the Verified chip, then set the webhook and status map. Worked example: seven for +49.
Routing Rules by Country
Send each message through the right sender by country prefix, message type and time window. Longest prefix wins, a pinned sender always wins, unhealthy senders are skipped.
Fallback Rules
Send a backup message when one is Failed, Not Delivered or Not Read: set the wait time, text and what it applies to. Runs once, after native Viber or RCS failover.
Move a WhatsApp Number to Another Provider
There is no in-place switch: disconnect the number, migrate it with Meta and reconnect it on the new provider, keeping the green tick.
Messaging Status and Platform Health
The header status and /platform/health show one status per connected provider and channel, including Cloudflare. Amber means degraded, red means down.
