Connect Meta Directly
Meta Direct connects a WhatsApp number to Meta with no provider in between. You own the Meta account and Meta bills you directly.
What You Need
- Phone Number ID
- WABA ID (WhatsApp Business Account ID)
- A system-user token
- Your App Secret
Webhook URL and Verify Token
Arino One shows a webhook URL and verify token. Paste both into your Meta app's webhook settings so replies and delivery updates arrive.
Token Health and Reconnect
The sender shows token health. If it turns red, open the sender and paste a new token to reconnect.
Steps at a glance
- Open Add SenderGo to Settings → Senders & Numbers → Add Sender and choose Meta Direct.
- Enter Your Meta DetailsPaste the Phone Number ID, WABA ID, system-user token and App Secret from your Meta Business account.
- Set the WebhookCopy the webhook URL and verify token shown into your Meta app's webhook settings.
- Test ConnectionRun Test Connection and check the token health shows green.
