Providers & RoutingUpdated 2026-10-31

LINK Mobility connects on your own account and LINK Mobility bills you directly, with no markup from Arino One.

What You Need

Your MyLINK credentials. For WhatsApp senders on WhatsApp Message API you also need the username and password, platformId, platformPartnerId and the business number LINK Mobility gave that sender.

Channels and Message Types

ChannelWhat You Can Send
WhatsApp (Message API)Text, images, video, audio, documents, templates, reply buttons, lists, link buttons, WhatsApp Flows, location requests
WhatsApp (Multichannel)Text and templates
SMSText

ViberText

Templates are sent from LINK Mobility; they are not synced into Arino One.

Replies and Delivery Updates

Replies arrive through the callback URL, including text, buttons, list choices, media, reactions and orders. Some reply types, such as shared locations and Flow answers, are still being confirmed against live traffic.

One Provider Per Number

Each WhatsApp number works through one provider at a time. To move a number onto or off LINK Mobility, see moving a WhatsApp number between providers.
